Advocate Mahipal Bishnoi said that on 1 October 1998, black deer was hunted during the shooting of the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ in Kankani village of Jodhpur. In this case, the trial court convicted Salman Khan on 5 April 2018 and sentenced him to five years. At the same time, co -accused Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Dushyant Singh were acquitted giving benefits of douts.

Hearing on the petition to all the cases of black deer hunting case simultaneously

Salman Khan then challenged the decision of the sessions court and has been out on bail since then. The Rajasthan government turned to the High Court against Salman’s bail and the acquittal of others. Advocate Mahipal Bishnoi said that on the appeal of the state government, the case related to the transfer of transfer petition and the punishment of actor Salman Khan will also be included.

Mahipal Bishnoi said that Salman Khan later requested to transfer his petition to the High Court, saying that both cases were part of the same case. The High Court gave the permanent transfer, but since then there was no progress in the case.
