In Rohtak, Union Minister and former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar arrived in Rohtak to mourn the death of Parmeshwari Devi, the mother of former Finance Minister. He paid tribute to the departed soul and consoled the family immersed in mourning.

Parmeshwari Devi died on Friday at the age of 91. His last rites were performed near the Mitra Pillar in his native village Khanda Khedi. Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, Delhi Deputy CM Pravesh Sahib Verma and several senior leaders of Haryana also attended the last visit and paid tribute.

Parmeshwari Devi was active in social work
Parmeshwari Devi was always active in social work. She was from Arya Samaji family, so social service was an important part of her life. Her husband Mitrasen Arya was also a well-known social worker.
Parameshwari Devi carried forward her husband’s ideals and kept the spirit of service and cooperation alive in the society. She used to take part in the welfare work of the people and remained an inspiration for the society.
