At the same time, high-intensity focused ultrasound does not have any side effects in treatment. Even after this, the patient can get hormone therapy, radiotherapy or surgery.

Sudhir Kumar Rawal, medical director of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, said that the prostate cancer cells of a patient of high-entranceity focused ultrasound are killed through ultrasound rays. That is, it is finished. In this, the cancer cells inside the body are heated and killed by using high-temperature ultrasound waves. The temperature is above 60 ° C. This 4 -hour entire treatment runs and the patient can go to his house the next day.

No side effects have been seen across the country so far. Since 2010, prostate cancer is being treated through this technique. The Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute across the country first started treatment through this machine. In 2024, when it came to this machine and modified, only the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute started treating prostate cancer through this machine.
