Relief from court to Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, Mahabir Phogat said the decision final

Charkhi Dadri: The Dronacharya Award winner and wrestling coach Mahabir Singh Phogat said that the court’s verdict is final and universal.

Wrestling coach Mahavir Singh Phogat said during a conversation with news agency IANS on Tuesday that the court’s decision cannot be doubted. However, when someone does a case, he hopes that he will win the case. When the case loses, it surely breaks down. Mahavir Phogat said that the case was already withdrawn by the victim’s parents in this case.

On the other hand, on the decision of the court, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh’s son and BJP MP Karan Bhushan Singh shared a picture of his father on the social media platform and wrote, ‘This is a decisive victory of justice and truth. Truth may be upset, but not defeated. Judiciary Zindabad, Netaji Zindabad.

Prateek Singh, son of Brij Bhushan Singh, wrote, ‘We have won a judicial victory in a false and concoction case. Every factless allegation is now collapsing in the dock of justice. This is the victory of truth and this victory will remain even further.

Explain that the court on Monday accepted a closure report of Delhi Police in the sexual harassment case. Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) of Patiala House Court Gomti Manocha said that the closure report has been accepted.

It may be noted that wrestler Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik and other wrestlers had opened a front at Jantar Mantar in Delhi by alleging sexual exploitation against senior BJP leader Brij Bhushan Singh.

The wrestlers had demanded the wrestling association to get Singh out. The wrestlers had claimed that Singh had harassed not one but many women wrestlers. Protests against Singh continued at Jantar Mantar for several days. However, gradually this demonstration became an arena of political parties. Leaders of other parties including Congress-Aam Aadmi Party had participated in this demonstration.
