One such anecdote is of shooting for the film ‘Lokera’, in which Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha have played the lead role. During the shooting of the film, there was a small quarrel between the two.
The reason for Sonakshi-Ranveer’s quarrel is a bit strange, but fun. Something happened that in an emotional scene of the film, Ranveer had to get angry at Sonakshi and said loudly – ‘You called the police!’ In this scene, Ranveer also had to catch Sonakshi. Sonakshi was enraged by what happened after this.
Why did Sonakshi leave the set?
Ranveer was so immersed in the scene that while speaking the dialogue, he started spit from his mouth again and again, which was falling directly on Sonakshi’s face. Initially Sonakshi ignored it. He felt that Ranveer was doing this inadvertently. But when it started happening several times and Ranveer was not taking the name of stopping, Sonakshi got upset and left the set in anger and went to her vanity van (dressing room).
Ranveer Singh apologizes
Shooting stopped for a while on the set. When Ranveer realized his mistake, he tried his best to convince Sonakshi. He sent a bouquet of flowers and apologized himself. After about two hours, Sonakshi’s anger subsided and the shooting started again. This incident makes sense that while acting, artists should also take care of each other’s feelings and boundaries. The drowning of Ranveer in the scene shows his passion for his acting, but his apology was all right.

The film ‘Lokera’ was released in the year 2013. The film was directed by Vikramaditya Motwani. Talking about the main cast, Ranveer Singh, Sonakshi Sinha was in the lead role. The film begins with Pakhi (Sonakshi Sinha), daughter of a rich zamindar in Bengal, who is a simple girl. There is a change in his life when an archaeologist Varun Srivastava (Ranveer Singh) comes for excavation in his mansion. Gradually Pakhi and Varun come close to each other and fall in love.
