Anurag Kashyap is again in controversy.
New Delhi. Filmmaker-actor Anurag Kashyap’s difficulties are not being named after making controversial comments on Brahmins. Following the notice of Surat court of Gujarat, now the court of Raipur, Chhattisgarh has ordered to register an FIR in non-bailable sections.
A complaint was filed in the court of Raipur by the High Court advocate Anjinesh Anjay Shukla against Anurag Kashyap for the controversial statement made against the Brahmins. The bench of the first class Kumari Akanksha has ruled during the hearing. Kashyap has orders to register an FIR under sections 196, 299 and 353 of the Indian Code.

The court said that Anurag’s comment is not only going to dissolve social harmony but it is going to hurt the religious sentiments of the society, which falls under the category of punishable offense. Advocate Anjinesh Anjay Shukla said, ‘Anurag Kashyap recently shared the post on Instagram, in which objectionable and social harmony was made against the Brahmin society, against which we lodged a complaint with the police station. We complained to the SP for no action on it. After this, we submitted a complaint in Raipur District Court under Section 175 (3) of the Indian Civil Protection Code. The judge has ordered to register a case in non -bailable sections.
