Ankur Saini/Saharanpur: Anju Rani, a resident of village Sahaspur Jat in Nakur assembly constituency of Saharanpur, not only set an example of reverence by growing a unique form of Tulsi ‘Radha Rani Tulsi’ in his house, but also made her husband free from disease.

Anju Rani has planted hundreds of ‘Radha Rani Tulsi’ plants in the courtyard of her house. The special thing about this basil is that it contains pink colored flowers and its leaves are heart shaped. It is considered dear to Radha Rani and it is believed that it is a symbol of Tulsi Radha-Krishna’s love.

Anju says that her husband had a long breathing disease.
