MLA’s case related to ATP’s arrest According to Vigilance sources, ATP Sukhdev Vasistha of the Municipal Corporation’s Building Branch close to Jalandhar Central Light MLA Raman Arora was arrested. Vigilance got input that MLA Raman Arora was also involved in the game of bribery. Vigilance questioned the ATP and collected documents and other evidence for about a month. After which the first ATP and now the MLA has been raided by vigilance.

The security of the MLA was removed A few days ago the government removed Raman Arora’s security. 12 policemen were deployed along with Arora. Arora himself confirmed the removal of security. Since the removal of security, there was a discussion in Punjab politics that soon the government could take action against Raman Arora. Then Raman Arora had said- I do not know why the security was removed, but I am an honest leader of the Aam Aadmi Party. The decision taken by the government is acceptable to me.
