Mumbai. The players’ auction for the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 12 will be held in Mumbai on 31 May and 1 June. This auction of kabaddi players is taking place after the exciting end of PKL season 11. The Haryana Steellers team won the title for the first time by defeating Patna Pirates in the final of PKL 11.

Since the introduction of PKL in 2014, 8 different teams have won the championship in 11 seasons so far. Season 11 was played last year from 18 October to 29 December. This auction of players for season 12 will once again be a platform to show the teams’ strategy, resolution and ambition to win the title. The event will not only give a chance to show the global talent in India’s traditional sports kabaddi, but will also lay the foundation for the formation of teams for the coming season.
