In Malikpur village of Pathankot, tension spread in the area on Tuesday after finding suspicious items like a bomb in an empty plot. The owner of the plot Surjeet saw this object while giving water to the vegetables and immediately informed the police.

Police reached the spot and secured the area. The suspicious object is being investigated with the help of a bomb disposal squad. Additional security forces have been deployed in the area.
