New Delhi. Amidst the stir of films in Hindi cinema, a big news came out that famous actor Paresh Rawal will no longer be a part of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. After this news, people are wondering how ‘Hera Pheri 3’ will be seen without ‘Babu Bhaiya’. Akshay Kumar’s production house Cape of Good Films has also given a Paresh Rawal notice regarding the matter, as he had also been given a signing amount of Rs 11 lakh after signing the contract. Now there are reports that Paresh Rawal has not only opted out of the film, but has also returned 11 lakh rupees of his signing amount to the makers.
According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, Paresh Rawal has returned Rs 11 lakh, what he received as signing fees. Not only this, he has also given 15% annual interest and an additional amount on that amount, which clearly reflects the seriousness of his decision.
‘Payment Claus’ did not like ‘Babubhaiya’!
The report quoted the source as saying, Paresh Rawal’s fee for the film was fixed at Rs 15 crore, but under a unique clause, he had to get the remaining amount i.e. Rs 14.89 crore only after a month of the film’s release. In such a situation, when the shooting of the film is expected to start next year and the release may be in the end of 2026 or in 2027, Paresh Rawal did not like this long wait.
Cape of Good Films filed a case
Seeing this long wait of the payment, Paresh Rawal decided to get out of the film, causing a legal controversy between him and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Cape of Good Films’, which has allegedly filed a lawsuit of Rs 25 crore on him.
‘Hera Pheri 3’ promo has been shot
At present, only the promo of ‘Hera Pheri 3’ has been shot, which was done on the set of the film ‘Bhoot Bangla’.
Paresh Rawal looted from ‘Baburao’ character
