According to preliminary information received from the police, Sunil Kumar was living in Beant Nagar, Bathinda for 10 years. He used to work as a cobbler in Bathinda Cantt. When the army intelligence agency examined his mobile on suspicion, he received a suspected WhatsApp chat from a woman from Pakistan.
The chatting is from 2023 but when the army officials questioned him, he told that he had befriended a girl. After which the said girl lured her money. During interrogation, it was found that he was sending information to the said girl regarding Bathinda Cantt. After interrogation, the accused has been handed over to the police station police station.
