Popatwadi team is the idiom to be said for the weak team
Sunil Gavaskar said on Sony Sports Network, ‘I did not think that this is Pakistan’s team. I found this team more Popatwadi team than Pakistan. It is said that he called many weak bowling attacks as ‘Popatwadi’ attack.

‘I don’t think Pakistan will be able to challenge much’
Gavaskar further said, ‘I have been watching the Pakistan cricket team for decades. One of my oldest cricket memories is, running from Churchgate station to Wankhede Stadium to watch the game of great player Hanif Mohammed. This is not the same team.
