New Delhi: A few days after Alan Musk’s Groke AI created a panic on the internet, XAI is ready to step on another social media platform. Recently it has been announced that Groke AI is now getting integrated into Telegram as well. Previously, users could only talk to this chatbot on the X (which was previously known as Twitter) or Grocke app itself. But now telegram users will also be able to chat with it. This step may be a strategy to increase the reach of Groke AI and give Telegram another chance in AI’s world.
Telegram has been facing many legal action since August 2024. Since the last arrest of CEO Pavel Durov, this messaging app has been accused of being an easy platform for criminal activities. Apart from this, without any AI features, the users were slowly getting up with this app, especially when the WhatsApp was continuously presenting the Metaai features. But now with Grok AI, Telegram has gained popularity again and it is expected that it will remain in the headlines for some time.
Grok AI on Telegram
Alan Musk’s Grok AI will now be available only for telegram premium and ex premium users. However, it is not easily visible as Meta AI of WhatsApp. To use this chatbot, users have to start the chat by searching “Grokai” on Telegram. But it is not yet clear whether it will be made available for free-tier users as well. According to Telegram, the app has been integrated into the app 3, which is its latest model. But does it matter?
At the launch of Grok AI, the team claimed that Grok AI is 10 times more capable than before. He had said that the new model is capable of arguing, conducting intensive research and handling creative works. However, India’s IT Ministry has started investigating some colorful answers of Groke. Grok AI has gained a lot of attention in the last few days using its Hindi slang and without sensor language. After this, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has sought an answer on its reply.
