No one better than RML! The country’s first government hospital, private competition to privates Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital Nabh Certificate

Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi has recorded a big achievement in its name. RML has become the first government hospital in the country by beating the top government hospitals in the country including Delhi under the central government, which has been given the National Access Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) Certificate. Till now this certificate was received by the top private hospitals like Max, Fortis, Apollo, Gangaram, besides some hospitals coming under All India Institute of Ayurveda and State Governments, even AIIMS Delhi has not got full accounting. AIIMS is also in the process of NABH Acception.

On this achievement of the hospital, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Medical Sciences and Dr. Ram Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital, Dr. Ashok Kumar said that this certificate has become possible with the hard work of every person in the hospital. This journey to improve the health services provided to patients coming from all over the country will continue, whether there is infrastructure or staff training and patient care.

Hospital met 561 standard

Dr. Samik Bhattacharya, Chairman of Quality and Acception Committee, said that to get this certificate, every staff in the hospital to the top management has been given basic life support, fire safety, code pink (how to rescue when to stolen), code blu (cardiac arrest), code raid (Fire Emergency), Yellow and Voluntary. At the same time, the hospital has given a strict examination to achieve 561 standards. 31 departments of the hospital created new SOPs to get Nabha Standards and have fully adopted them.

The hospital’s MS Dr. Vivek Dewan and Dean Dr. Aarti Maria said that after two years of hard work, the hospital has been fully updated in case of any kind of patient care. From the safety of patients to clinical protocols and service delivery, from frontline staff to senior management, they are busy.
