New Delhi. West Indies batsman Nicholas Puran shocked the cricket world on Tuesday. He announced his retirement from international cricket at the age of just 29 years. The left -handed batsman shared one of this information on Instagram with everyone. Describing this decision as “difficult”, Puran said that it was a matter of “good luck” for him to captain the team. Puran Indian Premier League (IPL) was seen playing for Lucknow Super Giants in the 2025 season.

Nicholas Puran, who broke sixes, said goodbye to the international career after playing 61 T20 International and 106 ODIs. He scored more than 4000 runs in both formats. A few days ago, he requested Cricket West Indies (CWI) to relax him for the White-Ball series against England.
