The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against five accused, including Khalistani terrorist Goldie Brar, sitting in Canada in the case of bomb blasts in two clubs of Gurugram in 2024.

The NIA told in a charge sheet filed in the special court of Panchkula that Sachin Talian, Ankit, Bhavish and Randeep Singh alias Randeep Malik, who lived in the US, are also accused along with Goldie Brar.

A case has been registered against all of them under the Code of Justice of India (BNS), Arms Act, Explosive Material Act and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

The accused were plotting to blow up clubs

Officials said that all the accused except Goldie Brar and Randeep Malik have been caught in the case. An investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has revealed that the accused were plotting to target the Warehouse Club and Human Club located in Sector 29 of Gurugram, Haryana.

The attack was part of the major conspiracy of the banned terrorist organization Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), which aims to spread violence and communal tension in Haryana and surrounding areas. The attack took place on 10 December 2024.

The NIA reported that Goldie Brar and his associates had created this terrorist plan to endanger the unity, security and economic stability of the country. This organization is active in raising money, buying weapons and explosives and spreading terror among the general public.
