This is the first time after being launched in India in 2019 when Spotify has increased the prices of subscription. Now the price of individual premium plan has increased from Rs 119 to Rs 139. At the same time, the duo plan made for two people has been increased from Rs 149 to Rs 179.

Spotify also made changes in its free plan a few months ago, in which some features were made behind the Pewall, so that more people take premium subscriptions.
