Sea food: Avoid eating sea food like fish or pregnancy etc. in the rain. Actually, there is a time of breeding for marine organisms in the monsoon. After this, their number increases rapidly. In such a situation, the risk of food poisoning may increase by consuming them. Chiya seeds, nuts and seeds can be consumed with the advice of a dietician to compensate for omega-3 fatty acids.
Fied foods: During the rainy season, the fried things like samosa, burger and pakoras etc. are very wooed. But, let us tell you that excessive oily snacks can slow down your digestion and cause inflammation. So avoid consuming these things.
