Advocate Tajinder Singh said that Kulwinder Singh has a company in Punjab. Kulwinder’s company’s MLA company TK Engineering Construction Private Limited was an agreement. The MLA had taken a tender for road construction.
He was to be provided construction material by Kulwinder’s company, including steel, cement and bitumen. Initially, the MLA’s company continued to pay on time, but later the payment began to be delayed. Work started in 2018, but problems started in 2020.
