Blussmart has closed its cab service in Bangalore.

New Delhi. Cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and the investment of millions of rupees of Ashnir Grover, who was judge in the first season of the Shork tank, has been clouded by crisis. Along with these celebrities, many more people had invested lakhs of rupees in Blusmart, Bangalore’s Cab Service Company, which is currently trapped under the purview of SEBI and the company has also stopped the cab booking service.
The company’s co-founder Anmol Singh Jaggi has been accused of wrong use of funds and its illegal withdrawal, after which SEBI banned him from the stock market and has started investigating other companies including Blassmart. After this action by SEBI, Blausmart has also stopped taking orders for cab booking. Due to this step, the company has also started to cloud of crisis and at the same time investors are also seeing risk on their capital.

Rs 4,100 crore has been raised from investors
Blausmart was started in 2018 to challenge Oba and Uber. The company has raised Rs 4,100 crore from its investors, including many people including Dhoni, Deepika and Ashnir. On April 17, the company told the customers in an email, ‘We have decided to temporarily stop the booking on the Blussmart app’.
Bought a flat by taking a loan in the name of business
Anmol and Puneet, who are involved in Blussmart’s Founders, are accused of raising a loan to increase the company’s business and bought luxury apartments in Gurugram. These money spent on their hobbies, including golf equipment worth Rs 26 lakh. Following these allegations, SEBI stopped both of them from any activity in the market and after SEBI’s strictness, Blussmart has also stopped business.
Who invested money
- Deepika Padukone invested in the company as an all -time incense. In the year 2019, he invested 30 million dollars or about 25.80 crore rupees in this company.
- Sanjeev Bajaj, managing director of Bajaj Capital, also invested around Rs 26 crore with Rajat Gupta and Jeeto Angel Network.
- The company raised a funding of $ 2.4 million last year, in which Dhoni and his family’s investment, Sumant Sinha of Reenu Power also made a big investment.
- Indo-Pay cofounder Ashnir Grover also invested Rs 1.5 crore in the company. SEBI has alleged that Blausmart also gave Rs 50 lakh to Grover’s Startup Third Unicorn Private Limited.
