The amount of sodium is tested in the blood. The level of sodium in the blood of a healthy person should be between 135 to 145 Meq / L. If more than this, it can cause many heart problems. If less than this, the brain cells are weak, which can cause many brain related problems.
How to meet sodium shortage
According to WHO, an adult person needs 5 grams of salt daily. They should contain 2 grams of sodium. If you eat more than this, there is trouble and if you eat less than this, there is trouble. Excessive intake causes high blood pressure disease. Eating less will spoil the nervous system of the brain. There is no need to do any extra things to meet sodium deficiency. Just do not drink too much water but do not drink less.
