Justice BV Nagarathna to be part of college; Justice as Oka Retires | Bhaskar Updates: Justice BV Nagratna will be part of the collegium; Justice AS Oka retires

Justice BV Nagratna is going to become a member of the Supreme Court Collegium after the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Abhay S. Oka. She will be a part of the collegium on 25 May. The collegium will now be named Chief Justice Bhushan Ramakrishna Gawai, Justice Suryakant, Justice Vikram Nath, Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Nagratna. BV Nagratna is the fifth senior Justice after CJI BR Gavai.
