Mumbai. Actress Jewel Vashistha reality show ‘House Arrest’ was participating as a contestant. All the episodes of the show have been removed from the owl app. He has spoken after the show’s ban. Jewel has demanded the government to take action on the bold and nude scenes of Bollywood stars Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh and Radhika Apte. In a video, Jewel said, “I request all of you, especially Priyanka Chaturvedi Mam and Chitra Wagh Maam to maintain equality for everyone.”
Jewel Vasistha further said, “Just like you have filed a case against the makers of Ejaz Khan, Owl App and ‘House Arrest’ show, please also file a case against Priyanka Chopra, Radhika Apte and Ranveer Singh. They are also citizens of our respected country and they are equally responsible for the people who are showing them. So, they are considered to be the ideal of them.”

Jewel Vashistha also explained that she sees it as double standards and questioned why no action was taken against the big celebs who have done similar bold scenes. He said, “When Priyanka Chopra performs nude scenes in Hollywood films, or Radhika Apte does topless scenes in ‘Sacred Games’ and ‘Porched’, or Mandakini did some bold scenes in (Ram Teri Ganga Maili) long ago (Ram Teri Ganga Maili), why was she not accused of spreading obscenity in society?”

Jewel emphasized the need to follow the guidelines from filmmakers so that the boundaries are not crossed. The National Commission for Women (NCW) has already issued summons to Ejaz Khan and Owl App CEO Vibhu Aggarwal in response to the controversy and asked them to appear on 9 May.
