New Delhi. The world’s first number tennis player Yanik Sinner continues to perform well. Sinner has reached the final of the US Open for the second consecutive time where he will face Carlos Alkaraz. Sinner defeated Canada’s 25th seed Felix Agar Aiyasime in a 3 -hour 21 minute match in the semi -finals of the men’s single event. Sinner defeated Agar-Aliasme 6–1, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 in a 4-set struggle and made it to the finals.

Canadian player Felix Auger Aliasime is only the second player to win the set from Yanik Sinner in this tournament. After losing the first set of the match, he pressurized the Italian player Sinner most of the time. Agar-Aliasime gave a tough fight, but could not stand in front of the faster of the sinner, who strengthened their grip around the third set of the match. After losing the second set, he took a medical time-out. Sinner then found his rhythm back and defeated Agar-Aliasime in the third set of the match. After this, the Canadian player did not give up and put some tremendous Ferhand winner and kept the synergies entangled in the fourth set for most of the time.

Break for sinner remained lucky

The Canadian player failed a double fault in his service, giving Sinner a lucky break. This was probably the first time in the game when Agar-Aliyasime indicated to reduce its speed. This break was enough for the sinner, and he won 6–1, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4. The winner won by Carlos Alkaraz, after defeating 24 -time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic at Arthur Ash Stadium.
