McCullum scared of the dreaded bowler.

New Delhi. In the second Test match, England (India vs England) lost against Team India. England head coach Brendon McCullum said that in the second Test match, his team lagged behind India for five days and he needs to be well prepared to face Jasprit Bumrah’s challenge in the third Test match at Lord’s.

Bumrah did not play in the second Test match under the charge management in which India won by 336 runs and equalized the five -match series. Indian captain Shubman Gill then confirmed that fast bowler Bumrah would return to the next match.

According to ESPNcricinfo, McCullum said, “There is every possibility that Bumrah will return to the next match, so we need to be well prepared. I think the pitch there will be different from here, which is a good thing for us. In the second Test, we lagged behind India for five days. India performed brilliantly. Shubman Gill is a great batsman and performed brilliantly on this pitch. We could not play on it as we wanted to play and they were fully entitled to win. ”

The former New Zealand captain admitted that England won the toss and made a wrong decision to send India to bat and the overall assessment of the pitch was wrong. McCullum said, “I think as the game progressed, we considered that toss and said if we lost the opportunity. We did not expect the wicket to play so well and so perhaps we made a little wrong decision.
