ICC Women Ranking: After the recently concluded T20 series against England, there has been a tremendous bounce in the ICC rankings of Indian Batters. Shefali Verma reached the top-10:

Dubai: India’s aggressive opener Shefali Verma managed to return to the top 10 in the latest rankings of ICC Women’s T20 International batsmen released on Tuesday.

Shefali, who scored 176 runs at a strike rate of 158.56 in the recently ended T20 International series against England, has jumped four places with 655 points in this rankings to move to ninth place.

Vice-captain Smriti Mandhana is the top Indian player in this list with number three. Middle -order batsman Jemima Rodrigues slipped two places to 14th position.

Arundhati Reddy, who made a significant contribution to India’s historic 3–2 series winning, reached 39th position with four places in the bowling rankings and 260th in the list of all-rounder players jumped at 80th place.

Veteran off -spinner Deepti Sharma has lost a place in the bowlers ranking and has slipped to the third position. Radha Yadav ranks 15th in the ranking with a improvement of three places.

Many players of England team who lost the series in this ranking have benefited in the ranking. Spinner Charlie Mana, who won the ‘Player of the Match’ award in the last match of the series, managed to make it to the top 10 in the Dean rankings. She reached sixth in the table with improvement of eight places.

Lisay Smith climbed nine places to 38th position while fast bowler Issi Wong managed to secure the 50th ranking with a improvement of seven places. Emily Earlt reached 67th position with 15 places.

England’s top scorer Sophia Dunkle reached 19th position in the batting rankings with 151 runs in the series. Tammy Beom is a 19 place leap to 45th position
