-Never consume tea or coffee before sleeping. Avoid drinking coffee containing caffeine late at night. Avoid tea too. Caffeine -rich beverages affect sleep. According to experts, after evening, stop the consumption of caffeine completely. Instead, drinking tea made of herbal tea like chamomile or ashwagandha provides sleep.

-Make a habit of yoga and deep breath every day. Anulom-control and confusion like yoga and pranayama reduce stress. Let’s calm the mind. Do 10 to 15 minutes of yoga daily. Especially, the quality of sleep improves by performing Shavasan or Balasan. The technique of deep breathing provides oxygen to the brain, which causes sleep quickly.
