Boil this water in half a liter in the morning and cook until it remains 250 grams. Drink this drink twice a day when cooled.

This drink balances metabolism and increases the body’s fat burning capacity. Along with this, include high protein and high fiber diet in diet and reduce calorie intake, then it becomes easy to lose weight. Along with diet, 30 minutes of exercise and yoga are also very important. This not only controls weight but also keeps mental and physical health better.
