But now the wife is always urged for this, the parents are always urged. However, in the changing society, nowadays there is more trend of love marriage, due to which marriage between boys and girls studying together is starting to get married. In such a situation, the question arises that what is the ideal situation of age difference between husband and wife.
Dr. Tushar Tayal, Consultant at CK Birla Hospital, Gurugram, explains that in medical science, it is never studied that how much should be the age gap between husband and wife. Instead, it is noted that what is the age of marriage. In medical science, marriage has been linked to fertility. There is no point in knowing how much gap between husband and wife is there. From the perspective of science, breeding age is necessary for marriage. Breeding age means the ability to produce children between husband and wife. Everyone knows that the age of breeding in girls comes first while boys come a little delay. The girl usually develops fertility at the age of 13 to 15 years. Boys also become reproductive at the age of 15 to 16. In such a situation, there is always a matter of marriage age. Dr. Tushar Tayal said that just as fertility in girls develops earlier, similarly it decreases at a long time earlier than men. After the age of 30, fertility decreases in women, which leads to a decline in the ability to produce children every year. Therefore, science says that girls should get married before 30 years. As far as men are concerned, women also start declining rapidly after 40 in men. Therefore, men should also get married first.
Maturity more important
By the way, if it is seen from a psychological perspective, then the age difference between husband and wife should be decided by how much maturity between the two. Physical and mental maturity between husband and wife is necessary. Girls usually mature quickly than boys. Hormonal changes in girls also begin between the ages of 7 and 13. That is, at this age, it also starts maturing. Due to this, women develop emotional stability and mental understanding quickly. Science focuses on physical maturity. The wedding should be decided keeping in mind the emotional and mental preparation. Therefore, the ideal age difference depends on the maturity level, physical level, mental and emotional level of both partners. The success of marriage is not determined by age difference, but is determined by love, respect and understanding among the partner. Whether the age difference is three years or fifteen, true successful relationships are based on mutual understanding, emotional support and shared values.
