Jyoti Malhotra petition for bail Jyoti Malhotra has filed a bail petition in the court of Judicial Magistrate Sunil Kumar through her lawyer Kumar Mukesh. The court issued a notice to the Hisar Police on this petition and sought a reply today. Jyoti was caught from Hisar on 17 May Hisar police registered a case against Jyoti on 16 May. He was arrested from Hisar on 17 May. After this, the police presented Jyoti in court and took it on 5 days remand. Later achieved 4 days remand. After this, the court sent Jyoti to judicial custody for 14 days. Jyoti was produced on Monday (9 June) through video conferencing. In this, the court has extended the custody of Jyoti till 23 June.
