How this medicine works
According to the report, there is a hormone in our body, which is named aldosterone and it controls blood pressure. This hormone starts becoming more in the body of some people, which increases blood pressure and makes it difficult to control it. This hormone prevents the kidney from taking out water and sodium. This increases the amount of water and salt in the blood, which also increases blood pressure significantly. Williams said that Aldosterone has an important role in controlling blood pressure in millions of patients and this information increases the hope of getting more effective treatment in future. Around 800 patients were included in this international trial, who were admitted in 214 clinics. These patients were given 1 mg or 2 mg of bacteria once daily for 12 weeks. The blood pressure of patients taking BacksDrostat was reduced by average 9-10 mmHg. At the same time, patients taking placeboes did not see such a decline. Blood pressure of 4 out of every 10 patients who took Baxdrostat came to normal level, while these numbers were less than 2 out of 10. Backdrostat prevents the production of aldosterone, causing the main cause of blood pressure to directly control. The study found that the lack of blood pressure remained for at least 32 weeks due to taking a bachadrostat and no large side effects were revealed.
