New Delhi: After entering politics, Hema Malini is working for the betterment of the country and society. He planted saplings on Thursday 5 June on the occasion of World Environment Day. Many other people including District Magistrate Chandra Prakash Singh attended the special occasion. Hema Malini planted saplings in Sadar tehsil of Mathura. The actress was accompanied by District Magistrate Chandra Prakash Singh and Chief Development Officer Manish Meena. During plantation in Sadar Tehsil, Hema Malini appealed to everyone to keep the environment green and clean.

Hema Malini said that more than 500 saplings will be planted on the tehsil campus. Not only planting saplings, but also their care is also necessary. Hema Malini shared her views on environmental protection and development of the region. He talked about the initiative to plant more than 500 trees in the tehsil premises and described it as a positive step. He insisted that along with planting trees, his care is also very important. He said that this work is being done with the help of District Magistrate and other officials.

Hema Malini said, ‘Greenery in Mathura-Vrindavan was reduced somewhat less than before, but now the situation is improving. There is a large plant plantation in an area like beautiful forest, which is very beautiful. I want such greenery to spread throughout the region. I am trying in this direction. Mathura has developed a lot since he became an MP from here in 2014. Roads, other facilities including other facilities have improved, due to which the crowd of tourists and devotees has increased. All this has been possible with the support of allies and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Plans for beautification and development are being made.

Banke Bihari Temple Corridor supported
Regarding the Banke Bihari temple corridor, Hema Malini said, ‘The Supreme Court has approved the project, due to which I am very happy. My appeal is not to oppose it, because this corridor is necessary for the convenience of devotees. Due to the crowd in the temple, it is difficult to visit and the problem will be solved from the corridor. During this, District Magistrate of Mathura Chandra Prakash Singh appealed to people to plant saplings to keep the environment clean. Along with this, he also talked about becoming aware against plastic.
