Diarrhea problems increase in monsoon
Dr. Riddhi Pandey said that cases of diarrhea are seen more during monsoon. In this season, people start consuming more food like pakoras, samosas, bread dumplings etc. These things do not harm these things in limited quantities, but eating frequently can spoil the stomach. Fried things affect the liver and spoil its functioning. This causes difficulty in digesting food, liver can increase and it is necessary to do ultrasound many times. Lever failure can increase cholesterol to cholesterol and the problem can reach chest pain.
According to Dr. Pandey, it is most important that food and drink should be kept plain. Fried things, food made in refined oil and spicy food should not be taken at all. It is better to cook light food in mustard oil. Distance should also be made from Pudi-Prathe. Use of curd and isabgol husk in diarrhea is an effective home remedy. Mixing one teaspoon of isabgol in yogurt and eating it is beneficial once a day. If you do not get rest, then it can also be taken twice a day.
Dr. Pandey said that fresh mint leaves are more beneficial than mint pills found in the market. Taking limited quantities gives cold to the stomach and prevents problems like diarrhea.
The doctor advised that to prevent diarrhea, restraint and hygiene on food is very important. If home remedies are adopted, then not only diarrhea is relieved, but the digestive system also remains healthy for a long time.
