Mouth Ulcer Home Remedies: Troubled by mouth ulcers? Doctor Anil Patel told that home remedies and right diet and routine will not get relief and blisters will not be again again. (Report: Sawan Patil/Khandwa)
Between the run-of-the-mill life and unbalanced food, small diseases often take the form of great trouble. One of them is mouth blisters. They may look modest in appearance, but due to their pain and irritation, it becomes difficult even to eat and drink.
The biggest cause of ulcers is constipation, spicy food, stomach heat, lack of sleep, stress and vitamin B-complex in the body. Often people try to get relief from medicines or mouthwash found in the market, but it is only temporary treatment. Home remedies are considered to be the most effective for getting permanent relief.
Add one teaspoon of honey and pinch of turmeric to half a glass of lukewarm water. Rinse this water 2-3 times a day. The antibacterial properties of turmeric and the healing property of honey quickly fills the ulcers.
Coconut gives the body a natural coolness. Drinking coconut water daily reduces stomach heat and blisters are cured quickly. At the same time, putting coconut oil in the mouth and rotating for 2–3 minutes also reduces swelling and irritation.
Chew 4-5 basil leaves on an empty stomach in the morning and drink lukewarm water on top. If you want, you can also take Giloy juice. Tulsi is antiseptic and Giloy increases immunity.
Avoid spicy and oily food. Eat more yogurt, banana, watermelon, cucumber and green leafy vegetables. Complete vitamins and iron deficiency from sprouted grains, peanuts, gram and green vegetables. Drink enough water daily and take lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning.
Doctor Anil Patel says that the reason for ulcers is not only food but also mental health. Stress, anxiety and lack of sleep weaken the immunity. Get at least 7–8 hours of sleep daily. Yoga and meditation are helpful in maintaining mental peace.
If the blisters are repeated or persist for a long time, then it can be a sign of severe deficiency in the body or a sign of any disease. In such a situation, it is important to consult a doctor immediately.
