Importance and benefit of yoga
In a conversation with Local 18, Rashmi, a yoga trainer of Om Yoga Center in Rishikesh, says that regular yoga exercises improve blood circulation in the body, reduce stress and balance the hormone. This is the reason that yoga is considered a natural and effective remedy for gynecology problems like PCOD and PCOS. Yoga balances both body and mind. It is not only physical activity but also provides mental peace through breathing and meditation. This reduces cortisol i.e. stress hormone levels and helps in balance of hormones like estrogen and progesterone in the body. This balance controls the root causes of Pcod and PCOS.
