Now he has suffered a lot due to his sudden leaving the film.

The Cape of Good Films LLP has said through its lawyer Parinam Law Associates that Paresh Rawal himself posted a post from his official X.com (first Twitter) account on 30 January 2025 and told himself that he is part of the film. After this, he also confirmed his participation by signing a term sheet (informal agreement) on 27 March 2025. According to this, Paresh Rawal had also taken some amount of Rs 11 lakh as his fees. The film company said that by relying on this public announcement and written promise of Paresh Rawal, he spent a lot of money in the teaser, initial shooting and promotion of the film. Paresh Rawal also participated in all these works.

The statement also said that the shooting of the teaser started on 3 April 2025, and a video of more than 3 minutes was shot with Paresh Rawal. He had many creative conversations with co-stars like Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty and planned further shooting. During this whole, Paresh Rawal has never made any complaint about any creative problem or disagreement.

This statement said that Paresh Rawal suddenly tried to get out of the film. He gave an excuse for “creative difficulties” behind it. Production company Cape of Good Films believes that this excuse was later made, so that the film’s plan could be interrupted and the image made by it was damaged.
