New Delhi. Anurag Kashyap is angry about the ban on the release of the film ‘Phule’. Recently, he also expressed displeasure while sharing a post on Instagram. Prathek Gandhi and Patralekha starrer film ‘Phule’ is based on the life of Samaj reformer pair Jyotiba Phule and Savitri Bai Phule, on which its release has been postponed after the Brahmin community expressed objections. Meanwhile, Anurag Kashyap made comments using abusive language about a particular caste. Now a lawyer of the Bombay High Court has officially lodged a complaint against Anurag Kashyap with the Mumbai Police in this case, although after the increasing controversy, he has apologized on Instagram and presented his side.
Anurag Kashyap wrote a post on the Censor Board of Certification i.e. CBFC about the ban on the release of the film and objecting to the film by the Brahmin community, which created a new controversy. Social media users and members of Brahmin called it derogatory and inflammatory.

In his post, Anurag Kashyap rained heavily on the Brahmin community and expressed his anger by giving a contrastial statement. When the user started expressing displeasure over his post, he even talked about ‘urination on Brahmins’. After this comment of the director, the dispute deepened even more. In such a situation, now he has presented a clarification by apologizing on this.

What is the whole matter?
Actually, this whole matter started with the trailer release of the film ‘Phule’. This film of director Ananta Mahadevan tells the story of ‘Jyotiba Phule’. Jyotiba Phule was a social reformer, who emphasized the education of girls in the 19th century. Recently, the trailer of the film ‘Phule’ on his life was released. Whose opposition was also seen. Even before the release of the film, the Brahmin community of Maharashtra lodged displeasure, after which the release date of the film had to be pushed forward.
