A young woman had accused Yash Dayal of mental and physical abuse by pretending to be married recently. The first online complaint was made against this RCB cricketer. Then Yash Dayal’s family called it a conspiracy. Now an FIR has also been registered in this case. According to NDTV, a case has been registered against Yash under Section 69 of BNS at Indirapuram police station. This is a non -bailable stream. If Yash Dayal is found guilty, he can be sentenced to up to 10 years.
According to the victim, she came in contact with Yash Dayal through social media five years ago. The beginning started with friendship which later turned into love. Yash Dayal assured of marriage. After this, both remained in a relationship for a long time. During this time Yash took him to hotels and resorts in Bengaluru and many other cities. The victim has handed over several evidences to the police, including a chat of Instagram and other platforms, which strengthen their claims.
