Finger test.
Finger test for lung disease: Lags is a sieve of oxygen giving life for us. It gives us pure oxygen filtering and removes the bad air. If the langs are strong then we will continue to have a uninterrupted supply of oxygen. But how strong your lungs are, how will you know. Actually, a study has said that you can also know it from a finger test. There is no need to go to any doctor for this. Let’s know how to do this test.
How to investigate
According to Myo clinic, if there is excess flexibility in the fingers of your hands, then these can be a sign of langs disease. More flexibility in the joints is called Ihler Danlos syndrome (EDS). In this, you have to do 5 types of work. Fold the smallest fingers backwards at 90 degrees, try to touch the thumb with the front, try to straighten the elbow and knees more than 10 degrees and finally try to place the palms of the hands on the ground. If you do these five types of tests, then it means that there is a serious problem in your langs. A score of more than 5 points in adults is a sign of hypermobility. It increases EDS (alrs-danlos syndrome). According to experts, excessive flexibility in joints may be a rare genetic condition an indication of alrs-danlos syndrome. In this disease, the risk of respiratory diseases can be complicated. A simple flexibility test done at home can expose this hidden risk. This investigation is done to understand whether your joints can turn beyond the normal speed limit.
Signs of many serious problems
Although it is not a matter of concern in most people, in some cases this EDS may be a sign of a serious condition. The disease affects the walls of your connecting tissue, skin, joint and blood vessels. According to the Mayo Clinic, the skin of people with this condition is also very thin, soft and delicate and due to this loss has to be caused. If such a person needs to put stitches for some reason, then the stitches do not stand properly due to the weak skin and the wound does not heal quickly. Connecting tissue gives the body composition, strength and flexibility. If they become weak then the body’s ability to compensate also decreases. The severe form of this condition can tear blood vessels to the intestines or uterine walls. In such patients, there may be problems of breath related problems such as breathlessness, difficulty in breathing deep breath, sleep apnea, cough, wheezing and pain during breathing.
