Dr. Pawan Kumar, a doctor posted at the Manikpur Community Health Center (CHC) of Chitrakoot, said in a conversation with Local 18 that fenugreek seeds are rich in fiber, iron, protein, and antioxidants. He told that if a person consumes a glass of fenugreek water every morning on an empty stomach, then within a few days he will start feeling light, energetic and healthy.
He told in further information that fenugreek water is very beneficial for diabetes patients. Blood sugar level remains under control due to its use. It also increases the sensitivity of insulin in the body, which relieves diabetic patients, not only this, fenugreek water is also helpful in reducing cholesterol, strengthening the digestive system and keeping the skin shiny.
