Railways has launched its new super app railway. On this app, from ticket booking to complaint, everyone can do the same place.
There is a big news for railway passengers. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has launched the new Super App Railone of Railways. The aim of this app is to bring every service related to the railway to the same platform so that the passengers do not have to open different apps again and again.
Now all these facilities will be available in the same app: Many facilities will get the same place on this app. For example, booking tickets, watching live status of train, taking platform tickets, ordering food and lodging a complaint can also be used.
You can download this app from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Right now it is in beta testing but will soon be available to everyone. Railone app CRIS (Center for Railway Information Systems) has been created and has been associated with IRCTC.
Will it replace the IRCTC app? : It will not completely remove the IRCTC app. But this will definitely prove to be a better option because along with the services of IRCTC, other railway services will also be available.
What are the benefits of Railone? : Everything will be saved in the same app, time and mess. Facilities like login and M-PIN, which keeps your information safe. Passengers will get better and easy mobile experience. The problem of repeated switching in different apps will end.
This is not just an app, not a complete digital ecosystem. Things like messaging, social media, e-commerce, payment have also been added in the Railone app. With this, it has become a multitasking app not only of the railway. That is, now the rail journey will be more smart, safe and convenient than before, that too through one app.
