New Delhi. Ladle Neeraj Chopra of India has created history. Star Jewelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has also crossed the 90 meter mark. He threw 90.23 meters in the Doha Diamond League on Friday. However, Neeraj Chopra could not win the gold medal even after historical performance. Julian Weber of Germany captured the gold medal with a throw of 91.06 meters. Neeraj Chopra had to be content with the silver medal.
Neeraj Chopra, who won two Olympic medals, may not win gold in the Doha Diamond League, but has definitely become the first Indian to throw more than 90 meters. He is the 25th player in the world to do so and the third player in Asia. Neeraj was already considered a contender for victory in Doha Diamond League. The Indian athlete performed well as expected. He threw 88.44 meters in his first attempt and took an edge over rival athletes. But it was a trailer like this. Neeraj Chopra’s best throw came in the third attempt. This time he covered a distance of 90.23 meters.

Neeraj Chopra won the silver medal in Gold 2024 at the 2020 Olympics. Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan stopped Neeraj from winning second consecutive gold at the Olympics.
