If high blood pressure is not treated properly, it can cause heart disease, stroke, kidney damage and other serious diseases.

The main symptoms of hypertension

Such as taking excess stress, excessive consumption of alcohol, tobacco, tea, coffee, the habit of waking up at night and sleeping during the day are such things that are associated with our wrong lifestyle and promote high blood pressure. Apart from this, wrong eating, more cholesterol diet, obesity, side effects of some medicines and history of high blood pressure in the family are also a big reason for hypertension.

Measures to avoid hypertension

– If you want to avoid high blood pressure, then improve your diet- Take a diet with low sodium, eat low-fat food, eat fruits and vegetables regularly. Coconut intake is good and drink buttermilk.

– Improve your lifestyle- Do meditation, stay pranayama, yogasan, shavasan, light exercise, be positive, if you have obesity, then lose weight as well as keep in mind what not to do- do not stop forcing the stool and urine, do not stop stress, stay away from stress.

– Avoid junk food in food, especially with more salty snacks. Avoid processed food, do not eat fried food.

– High blood pressure is also managed through some Ayurvedic herbs- such as Sarpagandha, Shankhapushpi, Brahmi, Jatamansi etc.
