Because it is beneficial for our health along with enhancing taste in food. Garlic contains an element called alicin which works as a medicine. At the same time, garlic is found in plenty of viral, antifungal and antioxidant properties as well as vitamins (A, B, C) and sulfuric acid. They are very beneficial for our health. Because of which its taste is sharp and fragrance is sharp. But excessive intake of this can be harmful for us, so garlic should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Dr. Smita Srivastava says that people who have acidity problems, mouth smell, allergies, head pain, women suffering from bleeding disorder, women, pregnancy and breastfeeding women should avoid consuming it.
