New Delhi: Dharmesh Darshan’s hit romantic drama ‘Dhadak’, released in the year 2000, is coming again in theaters. Shilpa Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty starrer ‘Dhadak’ will be released in theaters this month. The multistarrer Timeless romantic film ‘Dhadak’ is going to release in theaters on 23 May. The film will be introduced digitally in selected cinemas in India with better picture and sound quality in remaster format.
Directed by Dharmesh Darshan, ‘Dhadak’ puts the story of love, heart break and ups and downs of life on screen. The film featured Shilpa Shetty in the role of ‘Anjali’, while Sunil Shetty was in the role of her lover ‘Dev’. In this film based on Love Triangle, Akshay Kumar was in the role of Shilpa’s husband ‘Ram’.
Castor
The starcasts, story and songs of the film were also well liked. Songs like ‘Tum Dil Ki Dhadak live in the heart of the heart’, ‘Often in this world’, ‘Na-na ko pyaar’, ‘Groom Ka Sehra Suhana Lag Hai’ are still popular.
R-relax round
This year many old films have been released again in theaters. This list also has ‘Namaste London’ directed by Vipul Amritlal Shah. It featured Rishi Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Neena Wadia, Javed Sheikh, Upen Patel and Hollywood actor Clive Standon in the lead roles. The film was re -released on 14 March.
