The family of the accused gave many evidence to the police More than 100 family members of the accused reached the office of the police commissioner and submitted a memorandum. - In CCTV footage, the victim was seen laughing with Danish, Sohail and Ayush on 31 March. How is it possible to roam during gang rape?
- The victim posted several photos on her Instagram account on 2 April. In which she looks healthy and happy. The FIR has written about gang rape during this period.
- On 31 March, the victim messaged the accused Zahid from her Instagram account. Wrote- Hello, I am coming to your cafe?
- The victim on March 29, Hukulganj, 30 on Nadesar, 1 outside the hotel, 1 outside the second hotel, 1 near Sigra IP Mall, 2 to Assi Ghat, 3 to Saheli’s house, 3 evening in the evening of Chaukaghat then 3 to Saheli’s house. There was no one with the victim in these places. Why was wrong information given to police and parents?
