Accused Naushad has been arrested from Hapur in Uttar Pradesh.
Police on Tuesday arrested the accused Naushad in the case of rape and murder with an innocent girl of 9 -year -old in Nehru Vihar area of Delhi. The accused has been arrested from Hapur in Uttar Pradesh. Naushad is also a resident of Nehru Vihar.
Police said Naushad was caught with the help of CCTV footage and technical investigation. He was being brought from Hapur to Delhi, during which he attacked the constable with a blade, after which he was shot in his leg. Both the injured have been admitted to the hospital.
A seriously injured girl was found in a suitcase on Saturday night in Nehru Vihar area. The girl was in a semi -fan condition. She was attempted to murder her after the rape of the girl. The girl died on the way to the hospital.
In a flat in the second floor of the same building, the girl was found closed in a suitcase.

Police say that he was bringing him from Hapur to Delhi, then he asked to walk outside the lake park in Welcome area. As soon as he descended from the van, he attacked the chest of Constable Amit Mann twice with hidden blades and tried to run away.
The police fired bullets in the air first, but he did not stop. The police then shot him in his leg and caught him. The injured constable and the accused were rushed to the hospital. The police have also registered a new case against the accused on the police.
There has been tension in the area since the incident. Local people demonstrated by blocking the road on Sunday.

The girl’s father had told that the daughter had gone to the grandmother’s house to give snow on Saturday evening. When she did not return for a long time, she started the search. When the family reached that flat, there was a lock. On breaking the lock, a suitcase was found, from which the blood was seeping. On opening the suitcase, the girl was found unconscious. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but by then he had died.
