CBI raids continue from the morning of AAP leader Durgesh Pathak.
The CBI raided the house of former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Durgesh Pathak on Thursday. According to CBI officials, this action is being taken on the matter related to foreign funding. The CBI has registered a case against Durgesh Pathak under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA).
On the CBI raid, AAP leader Manish Sisodia said- Durgesh Pathak’s house has been raided as soon as the responsibility of Gujarat election 2027. This is not a coincidence, but a conspiracy emanating from the fear of the BJP. BJP knows that now only the Aam Aadmi Party in Gujarat can challenge them and this truth has shaken them.
