Who should eat sweet yogurt or salt?
People with high BP – Avoid salt and choose plain or sweet yogurt.
Diabetes patients – Avoid sugar and take salty yogurt or plain yogurt.
General healthy people- If you want, you can eat salt and sometimes sweet yogurt.
In summer – salt curd keeps the body cool and hydrated.
Immediately for energy – Chinese yogurt is the best option.
Yogurt is healthy in itself, but adding salt or sugar to it depends on the need and taste of your health.
